Progress

The workshops and training courses make their headway in three different phases :

1. Warming up
▪ Reception and taking of space,
▪ Centering, listening to oneself, consciousness of the “micromovements”(way of moving from one point to another).
▪ Listening to the rhythm, the music, exploring the space, consciousness of oneself, alone and with others.

2. Dances
▪ Learning to dance in circles (in circles, spirals, serpent, wave, etc.)
▪ Improvisation,
▪ Perception of the unity and the diversity of a group, find one’s place there in exploring movements and forms.

3. Relaxation
▪ Relax the body,
▪ A time of transition,of calm, time for ones self.
